barre 44 STUDIO POLICIES:
RESERVATIONS & WAITLISTS:
Online reservations can be made using barre 44's Mindbody scheduler. If you sign up for a class and are put on the waitlist, you will be notified via email if you are added into the class.
You can check your waitlist status by clicking on your "schedule" and then the "waitlists" tab in your account online.
If you are added to class from the waitlist you are subject to the standard cancellation policy and your spot is reserved in class unless you cancel.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS:
All classes require cancellation 12 hours prior to class start time.
If you do not cancel, class packages will lose a class per late cancellation or no-show.
If you are a member or use a monthly unlimited package you will be charged a $10 "late cancel" or "no-show" fee.
* Please note: If you are added to class from the waitlist and are not able to attend, you must cancel in accordance with the standard cancellation policy to avoid penalty. To avoid this, please take yourself off the waitlist if you are not able to attend that day/time. Call/email with last minute emergency cancels.
Students aged 14 and up are welcome to attend class with their parent or guardian. Clients 14-15 years of age will require a parent or guardian to sign a New Client Liability waiver.
PURCHASE DETAILS & STUDIO POLICIES:
Classes, memberships & retail purchases are subject to CT sales tax.
All 10 and 20 class packs expire one year after purchase and can not be extended.
All promotional offers (New Client Class Packs) are non-refundable and cannot be extended.
All major credit cards, cash & checks are accepted.

The health and safety of our barre44 community has always been our top priority. We will continue to offer a full schedule of live and virtual classes available via our on demand website www.barre44live.com. We will also have live classes on Instagram LIVE on our private page: @barre44live.
We will continue to monitor the CDC’s recommendations and make any adjustments necessary to ensure the health and safety of our community.
Social Distancing Measures & Mask Policy
Reduced Studio Class Size:
Our studio has reduced class size to enable increased personal distance between members during class. We are currently spacing clients in our barre room 4-6 feet apart. If you are fully vaccinated, masks are not required. If you are not fully vaccinated, please wear a mask at all times in studio.
‘In Good Health’ Verification:
When booking in-studio classes, please affirm at time of booking, that you are in good health and have not been in contact with anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 as detailed by the CDC.
Additionally, you will need to complete a liability waiver that will be kept on file at the studio to acknowledge your participation in the studio and that you are healthy and agree to observing our new studio policies and social distancing protocols. This waiver will be kept on file at the studio.
Studio doors will open 10 min prior to start of class. Our receptionist or your instructor will check you in for class so all you need to do is find your designated spot after check in.
Hands Off Corrections:
For your safety, our instructors will use verbal cues and demonstration only. There will be no hands on corrections.
Equipment Usage and Class Modifications:
We provide all equipment and mats at studio that you will need for your workout. Please feel free to bring your own if you feel more comfortable. All equipment is sanitized before and after use. Please bring your own towels and water bottles.
Studio & Equipment Sanitization
Your designated spot will be provided with disinfecting wipes to clean any equipment used during class. Please wipe down all your equipment and barre after class commences.
