Our signature barre44 class is a full body workout.  Our classes combine elements of ballet, Pilates, cardio & functional strength training. Each segment is choreographed to energizing music and we use small props such as balls, bands, and weights to challenge, strengthen and lengthen every muscle! All levels welcome! Every class finishes with a relaxing cool down and deep stretch to increase flexibility and aid in muscle recovery.(No street shoes please! Athletic shoes, toe socks, and/or bare feet are all permissible.)



Barre Power is similar format to our Barre class but cranks up the heat with more advanced movements, cardio and reps! This class will keep your heart rate up and calorie burn high! We will incorporate ballet barre work, cardio intervals, medicine balls, weights, and finish with Pilates matwork, deep stretch and cool down.  This is NOT a beginner class but can be modified. (No street shoes please! Athletic shoes, toe socks, and/or bare feet are all permissible.)



Get ready to BOUNCE, sweat, sculpt and have FUN! This 50 min group rebounding class uses a fitness trampoline for an amazing high cardio, low impact workout that will leave you feeling energized! Jumping on a trampoline is the most effective way to increase your lymphatic flow to detoxify and boost your immune system. You will burn a ton of calories with minimal impact on your joints!  Intervals of full body strength training and core work included in every class!

45 minutes of high intensity cardio cycle with inspiring instructors, beat driven music and interval based programming that will burn tons of calories and leave your feeling exhilarated and empowered! Every class ends with a deep stretch and cool down.

BARRE 44 COMBO (spin~barre~stretch)
This combo class gives you the best of both offerings! Starting in the cycle studio with a high intensity cardio burn on the bike, followed by a barre sculpting session in our barre room for long lean muscles, and a strong sculpted core! You will leave feeling fully worked from head to toe, with a deep stretch to calm the mind, aid in muscle recovery and increase flexibility.



Join us for a 45 min baby wearing barre class! Lesley G will lead you through a fun and challenging barre workout while you wear your baby in a carrier, or wrap. Feel free to bring an infant seat or whatever keeps your baby happy while you sneak in some time for yourself!  This class is a great way to connect with other moms too!
All barre44 moms can bring a friend for free!


No street shoes please! Wear comfortable workout clothing. Indoor athletic shoes, toesox, and/or bare feet are all permissible for Barre, Bounce Cardio and Yoga classes. Pilates mat provided.  Sneakers can be worn for cycle if you do not own cycle shoes that clip in.  We have the newest version of state of the art Keiser bikes with bluetooth technology to track your ride!  Ask for details at front desk upon arrival.
