DANIELLE SRB / STUDIO OWNER & FOUNDER
Danielle Srb is truly passionate about health and fitness! She has been involved in fitness, dance and sports for over 20 years. Growing up, Danielle spent a decade training in classical ballet and loved the focus on grace and posture, and how empowering movement through music can be! When she found Pilates, it was life changing. She was amazed at how powerful the mind-body connection can be and loved the focus on core strength and flexibility. Danielle's training and certifications range from Total Barre™, STOTT PILATES®, CORE™ Athletic Conditioning & Performance Training, and she is a Mad Dogg Athletics certified Spinning instructor.
When Danielle discovered barre, she was immediately hooked because it combines her favorite disciplines into one amazing full body workout! She creates and programs her barre routines using her background in ballet and teaching experience from Barre, Pilates, and Athletic Conditioning training. Danielle believes exercising should be FUN and that a great workout will boost your energy, confidence and give you an overall sense of well being! You will find her classes challenging, yet welcoming for all levels.
On a personal note, Danielle is a wife and mom of three great kids who keep her busy, challenged and appreciative of the simple joys they bring to her life. Her husband is her best friend and biggest fan. She loves spending down time with her family and friends and travelling anywhere near the ocean.

Barre has been a light in Lesley’s life, and she enjoys sharing that energy with others as an instructor. Lesley has a dance background of 13 years and she is a certified Total Barre instructor and trained in the STOTT Pilates method through Merrithew. Lesley is now the barre44 studio manager and a friendly face at the front desk. Lesley has her own floral design business, Sweet Pea, which keeps her busy when she is not at the barre.

Corey believes barre not only provides an amazing total body workout, but elevates her mood and creates an inspiring, supportive community for every student. LIZ BACON /
Liz began studying classical ballet at the age of two, continuing through her teens. Her dance background has helped her to understand the body from a movement perspective and also to see and understand the connection with body and mind. Her love affair with yoga was not love-at-first-sight, but something about it kept drawing her back. In 2010 Liz realized how important her yoga practice was when it helped her through a difficult time in her life. She had found a physical path that harmonized her mind, body and soul. She began practicing more often and wanted to share the gift of yoga with others. Her passion for teaching yoga stems from her experience with its power to, quite simply, make life better. Liz completed her 200 hour teacher training at West Hartford Yoga with Barbara Ruzansky. Most recently, she completed 75 hours of training under Schuler Grant.
At the same time she was yearning to get back to her dance roots, barre classes were becoming popular. It was a natural next-step for Liz to begin teaching. She was certified in 2016 through Exhale in New York City. Students can expect a challenging workout, ever-changing routines, killer playlists, and most of all—to have fun! Liz loves to switch it up, moving from the bar down to the floor, using lots of props to really challenge and sculpt the body.
Forever a student, Liz travels widely for unique experiences to further her teaching. In addition to dance and yoga, Liz loves art, music, travel, fashion and great food. She continues to create a life filled with things she loves, people who inspire and challenge her to grow, and new adventures everyday.
